Sussex Senior Cross Country Champion 2000, 1998. 6th Fastest 10km by a Sussex Athlete with 29 min 52 sec. 5 Mile best of 23 min 38 secs. 10 Mile best of 50 mins 10 secs. Half Marathon best of 68 mins 12 secs. Have competed in five half marathons and won them all. South of England 3000m steeplechase champion 1997. Represented University of Brighton at World Cross Country Student Championships 1995. Twice competed in National Collegiate Athletic Association Cross Country Championships USA 1992, 1993. Declared for Great Britain March 2000.

| What can I offer a Potential Sponsor? |
Regularly in local newspapers. I will fulfil my potential and at the same time achieve greater public exposure due to success at international level as will my potential sponsor's good name on my running best. The public's perceived image of the sponsor will be enhanced and seen to support the youth of today, people who are committed to achieving their goals. My sponsor will be seen leading from the front on the athletic arena. The sponsor's name will be seen in local, national and potentially global newspapers as well as on television networks . With my success so far I have been on Channel 4 Athletics Focus, athletics magazines. I am currently on display in Nike Town in Oxford Street, London promoting Nike kit and the British Milers Club. Last June I could be seen live on Irish Television for the National Track and Field Championships and in the Billy Morton 30th Anniversary Mile. In March 2000 I declared for Great Britain, having fulfilled all criteria required. You are getting a real prospect for the Sydney Olympics where the potential is massive. You will get value for money and my potential marketing ability could be enormous. Middle distance running is the number one sport of the Olympics, with a deep tradition in Britain. There is a very fine line to the top. Everyone needs a bit of luck or a kick-start to one's career. I thank you for taking the time out to have a look at an aspiring young athlete.
