| Sporting Experience |
Selected for British & English Squad in 1993. I have won the English Karate Governing Body National Championships five times, British Championships twice and English International Open once. Current English champion and holder of Trnava Slovakia Cup. Compete at World and European level. Recently represented GB in European Karate Championships in Istanbul and won a Bronze Medal in the Women's St Maxime World Cup held in South of France on 7 June 2000.

Took the Ladies Individual Kata Title at the English Karate National Championships on 4 March at Luton, and won the Kata and Kumite Titles at the Shotokan of England Karate Union National Championships at the Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth in March 2001. These events are part of the selection process for the European Championships in Bulgaria in May. Hope to then get to the St Maximes Women's World Cup in the South of France in June and improve on my Bronze of last year.
